Welcome to OutdoorActive's Group Outdoor Exercise Program!
Our exercise program is geared towards women 40+ who have a basic level of fitness and want to:
- Get active in the fresh air with a friendly and supportive group of women;
- Gently and gradually build muscular strength and cardio endurance;
- Improve posture, flexibility and balance;
- Strengthen core muscles and major joints;
- Have FUN while getting fit!!

The OutdoorActive FUN Philosophy:
- OutdoorActive believes that exercise should feel good and be enjoyable.
- This is not a bootcamp: You will NEVER be asked to work until it hurts -- and your performance will not be timed, measured or compared!
- However!!!--- you SHOULD come to class prepared to play, laugh, and be silly :-)

Group Outdoor Exercise Classes: Program Format
- Classes are 1.5 hrs long.
- Classes meet indoors. We spend some or all of our time outdoors, depending on weather conditions.- Classes include:
-> gentle warm-up;
-> cardio-based activities that build your heart-health;
-> advanced nordic walking technique work;
-> safe and effective muscle-building and joint-strengthening exercises;
-> balance, agility, flexibility & posture work;
-> extensive stretching at the end of every class.
No two sessions are the same!!
REGISTRATION & PAYMENT: We offer a drop-in option where you can pay-per-session. You can also pay for a fixed number of classes in advance to receive a discount. Pricing information. Registration information.
